1.Containing are the best residential areas reside? 2. Looking for kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens and washer / dryer (I'm not sure that these features are available with the house) 3. The best way to find an apartment is to hire an agent. You should be able to find a number of agents if google "rent apartment in Paris. 1). I lived in District 10 for two years and I love it, but I'm sure others will be faithful to their residential area. It also depends on your workplace. Although most places are accessible by MRT or bus, public transport tend to be full of people during peak 7 hours – 9am to 7pm-5. 2). Most apartments are equipped with essential functions such as refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Washing dishes is not too common. You can buy kitchen utensils, sofas, beds, etc. quite expensive at Ikea and other stores. 3). The range is immense. My grocery bill average about S $ 150 per week, meals, but is usually prepared at home. Food consumption Local is very cheap if you go to feeding centers. Chances are you can find short distance from where you live. And then there are many restaurants too. For comparison, spent about S $ 80 for two people to eat Chili's. Hope this helps ..
