In today’s market, is it reasonable for the seller to include major appliances with the sale of the home?

washer/dryer, fridge, microwave…is this too much to ask? What is your experience with this?

Since moving appliances is expensive it is a very reasonable request. I have always left appliances, they are purchased to fit a space perfectly and do not look right (the fridge) if they do not fit. Also I never seem to live in two identical kitchens in a row, I have had black, stainless (fave) and white, so an off color fridge would have been disposed of anyway.
