How can I get help for this?
Well I have been trying to lose a few pounds, so I did the lemondae diet and lost about 12 pounds in 13 days then I went home looking nice but the whole time I was home visiting I binged I wazs there 14 days after I binged and got back home I went back on the lemondae diet and correctol. I need help because I think I gained one pound or two not much but I bought a juicer to only drink liquids so i wont gain weight I live on a military base and the hospital says I don’t have anorexia or bulimia and sent me home. How can I get the help I need? Plus I am african american so they think I am healthy I am not rail thin nor fat just could still stand to lose 15pounds but I want to do it healthy and if I have an eating disorder I need help, I feel helpless….

Lemonade and correctol??? Do you have any idea how much trouble you can get into eating sugar and laxatives? That isn’t even close to healthy. By drinking lemonade, you are consuming sugar, which will send your system into a sugar high, then a sudden drop, making your pancreas and liver work furiously to control the insulin in your body. If you want to do a liquid diet at least use a product that guarantees you get the vitamins you need and minerals for healthy loss. If nothing else, you could end up being a diabetic because of your reckless behavior. If you want to lose weight do a diet of low fat protein like chicken, fish, baked or grilled, not fried, and green leafy veggies and low carbohydrate veggies, like broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.
Limit your daily intake to about 1400 calories and exercise at least 45 minutes every day.
You may not be anorexic or bulimic but what you are doing is still dangerous.
